Coat was delivered in very quick time, and immediately I could see that this was a quality garment as I unpacked it. Sizing was spot on, the coat is comfortable and, although not yet tried, I imagine this will be very warm when it gets cold. I wanted something with a bit more coverage than a jacket and this coat is ideal, I am sure the extra length will be ideal for the winter. Plenty of pocket space for hats, gloves. Zip takes a minute or two to engage, but that's probably just me, once working it is fine. I may have been able to get something similar for a less money, but I would struggle to get something with the same quality, so I have simply spread the payments, interest free.
Finally, Silverman's is a respected retailer offering quality goods and with a reputation for excellent customer service, so I am happy to pay a bit extra for that peace of mind. knowing if there was any issues, it would be sorted without fuss.
