37 PATTERN ENTRENCHING TOOL

This item has a wooden helve and a metal spade. No bayonet attachment.
Quite a rare item. Used in the first and second World War extensively for digging trenches, etc.
We believe they are the same as the 1908 pattern WWI issue.
