The Cabot Steel is a stainless steel version of the Cabot Fifty 50th anniversary watch. Like the brass version, it is based on dimensions that replicate the look and feel of the WWII Dirty Dozen watches issued in 1945 to British Forces.
With a case, dial and hands all machined and assembled in England and a Swiss Sellita SW216 hand-wound movement, the Cabot Steel combines British craftsmanship with reliable Swiss ingenuity.
Domed acrylic glass, stainless steel case machined in England with fixed bars as per the original specifications. 38mm case width, including crown. Water resistance is 3 ATM, which protects against accidental contact with water, but is not recommended for submersion.
We are exceptionally proud to continue the legacy of the brass Cabot Fifty with this stainless steel edition, celebrating 50 years of making genuine military spec watches for British Forces, military watch enthusiasts and collectors alike.
Due to the limited capacity and time required to produce watches in England, we do not anticipate many more than this first run of 50 pieces.
