The GS Sapphire uses a CR2016 long-life lithium battery. These should last around 8 to 10 years.

Great looking watch.

so far so good

only been using it a week or two, but its not lost/gained a single second yet, feels very comfy and is low profile enough foir me to do my job without bashing it constantly. i would reccomend getting a leather strap and an elastic strap. they are both more comfy then the standard nato strap.
